2025 - Full Glossary of Terms Defined and Used in the Standards for RTOs

On 14.3.25 the revisions to the Standards for RTOs appeared on the Federal Register of Legislation. This means the legislative instruments are now law and in force. For ASQA-regulated RTOs, the new requirements will come into full regulatory effect 1.7.25.
 
The ‘revised Standards’ are comprised of three parts:
 
Outcome Standards
Compliance Requirements
Credential Policy
 
Each document contains its own list of definitions.
