The intent of this Checklist Guide is to provide a framework in relation to the Compliance Requirements of “out with the old; in with the new”.
 
This tool provides a list of activities the RTO can check to confirm their operations are aligned to the requirements contained in the Compliance Requirements.
 
It also provides a list of activities to stop doing as they were requirements out of the Standards for RTOs 2015.
 
Each section of the tool is aligned to areas within the Compliance Requirements where there are notable operational changes required.  
 
Note that this tool focuses on the prescriptive compliance obligations contained in the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (Compliance Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations and Fit and Proper Person Requirements) Instrument 2025,  and does not address Start/Stop requirements linked to the:
